Some Republicans, Chuck Grassley among them, were "angered" by the move.

Sanders said no one should be blindsided by the move, it's what Trump campaigned on and has been his policy all along, Congress needs to do its job.

And by "do its job," I assume she means give him billions for his signature vanity fence along the border.
