(30,717 posts)I think about 95% of DU would be the same.
Thanks for the quiz. BTW, have you ever seen politicalcompass.org? It takes quite a bit more time than the quiz you posted, but it is well worth spending some time there.

(17,493 posts)I was somewhat surprised that the result scored me as very liberal on all areas.
Since this is a short test I played around with it and answered the questions as I believe a strong Republican would and the results proved that I guessed right.
I then answered all the question using the "mostly disagree" button and ended up with results that showed overall I was just a bit right of a moderate Republican.
As a final effort I answered every question using the "mostly agree" choice. I ended up overall between a moderate Democrat and a Moderate Republican.
Interesting test.

(10,712 posts)but I think they beat around the bush with their questions. They should ask, agree or disagree:
"Most people would like to work and support themselves"
"Most people are honest"
"People are generally good, regardless of race, ethnicity or income"
"Most people get less than they deserve in life"
"People are generally willing to pay more taxes for better services"
and so forth.

(1,113 posts)Not surprising. But I was surprised that they list the over 65 group as being conservative. I know the tea party has a lot of oldsters who don't have a clue, but I'm still surprised.
