"Always vote in state-wide elections".

Or, to simplify it, "Republicans always vote". I believe it. No matter the issue, no matter the weather, I think Republicans are steady voters.

We need to do better.

I don't care what anyone does with their spare time so long as it's not hurting anyone. The voting is what we need to pick up on. I am a Dem that always votes though, just raised that way.

to EVERY registered Republican, knowing that because of that they will get a much much much larger Republican turn-out. Oregon has the best turn-out or any state in the Union because of vote by mail Laws there and guess what, it leans Democratic...

separating for party vote and a lot of the difference is probably do to economics not politics per say.
