Democratic Convention Islamic fear propaganda has started

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/dnc-announces-2-hour-islamic-jumah-prayers-after-rejecting-cardinals-blessing-and-you-wont-believe-whos-invited/

I saw this conspiracy theory crap on FB with all kinds of fear attached, oooo the Democrats are aligning themselves with the MUSLIMS, OMG, they are having PRAYERS at the Democratic convention. I've been arguing with the guy that posted it, he keeps saying that no political party should align themselves with any religion. I try to tell him the difference between being tolerant and welcoming and "alignment". He says that if he were the Republicans, he wouldn't align with the Christians either. Well, too late.

I went to that site and it's vile. Yet their crap is starting to float around Facebook with the "oooo the scary Muslims" theme. People are so stupid! They just want to hate and to fear. I'm just sick of it. But I'm preaching to the choir here.

I just thought I would pass this along as something I encountered in the lead up to the Democratic convention, in case anyone else sees it. I told my friend that he's passing around a conspiracy theory site, nothing but fear and hate in that.

Not that they will believe anything this "left wing organization" (their words) would take as truth, but it is nice to have something to refute the lying scum buckets.

"The Blaze" is his "news" outfit and is about as reliable as the World Weekly News.
