2.Defund FEMA.
3.Hot bottled water for dehydrated babies.
4.Find someone from the International Arabian Horse Association, and put him in charge.
5.Blame the feminists, gays, Obama and various unnamed sinners.
6.Do not bother Barbara Bush's beautiful mind.
