claimed he was not born in the US. Now Kamala Harris is being separated from her black heritage. I tell you the GOP really does not want the base or independants connecting with a black person as a leader. And if it looks like they will connect, then the person all of a sudden is not black. That is how important the Southern Strategy is to the GOP.

Black people from Jamaica are of African decent. Their ancestors were abducted and sold into slavery just as the ancestors of Black people in America were.

In politics the opposition will look for the fracture points: racism, sexism, ageism to separate people, divide people, make them against one another, hopefully get them to seethe with anger (like Fox News does to their viewers).

Abortion, gay rights are easy ways to divide people. Really, it's all so easy to manipulate people and push their buttons.

We have to stay aware and be focused on what is being manipulated to divide us.

3. Yes. Those too too. But i don't think those two murders were coordinated

by the GOP like defacing any black leadership possibility as non american or non black has been in the 2000s. Anything so the base does bond with them and enjoy them and say to themselves 'this is kind of great'.

MLK was done by a nut who sensed the growth of black power through MLK's winning message of love and could not stand it. (Thankfully Obama got Secret Service protection early). Malcolm X was done in by a rival in the Muslim Brotherhood. It may have been that Malcolm X was becoming less of a follower as he began to travel the world. He had metamorphesized every decade of his life up to that point. What they all have in common is how much of a threat to power black politicians are when they step into the top of the world that in the past ran them over and then backed up and ran them over again.

I was just reading the Wayne and Shuster Wikipedia page. They had a deal with Ed Sullivan that he would never cut their bits. The only time he insisted on cutting part of their act was because W & S had made a joke at white people lynching blacks in the south. Sullivan didn't want to offend the South so he cut it. That was only 50 some years ago back when Bernie and Biden were young men. Unbelievable.
