Tee shirts don't cut it

The Republican Party is on the verge of the total destruction of American democracy.

Put plainly, the GOP is out to fuck most Americans. They have been doing it since Lyndon Johnson signed the Voting Rights and Civil Rights bills in the 1960s. Yeah, almost 60 years ago. But what the hell. That's old news. Hell, it may even be "fake news."

Trump is a disease. But he's a disease that set free the full strain of American racism/bigotry/ignorance that has been lying in wait for the right moment.

Well, their moment has come. And they are in full swing on pushing us back to the Dark Ages.

Few really "get it." AOC gets it and I love her. Wake up people. WE THE PEOPLE are under attack and have been ever since Saint Ronald Reagan slept through his two terms.

And now, the GOP, and their front man, the orange creature, are on the verge of permanently turning America into a dictatorship.

Unfortunately, most people don't see this. And if/when they do, it will be too late.

Tee shirts are not an adequate answer.

as veterans. Judging them for a highly targeted protest that sends a specific message in terms of how Trump has treated McCain and Vets in general and timed to be seen during Trump's attempted takeover of our most celebrated National event is not appropriate, nor is it meant to be anyone's ANSWER.

If you were deriding their efforts, I'm here to defend them--and I WILL! They've already made their sacrifices to this country and they can protest any damned way they want IMO.

This NAVY vet has yet get over the outrage. Every time trump breathes the name of John McCain, I want to slap him in the face.

This has nothing whatever to do with that.

What I'm talking about here is that we have been under attack by Republicans for decades, and our biggest reply has been tee shirts.

They are and have been fucking the very idea of America for decades. And our reply (The Democratic Party) has been protest marches, flags, tee shirts, etc.

No one should ever again ask how the Nazis came to power. We are watching a replay of history unfold before us. And our response is ... ?

Rupert Murdoch is ancient and his 2 sons have basically taken over the operation of Faux News. I can't quote particulars but rumor has it that the Murdoch sons are way less conservative than their Dad, they might even be liberals.

I'm reading Siege, the new book by Michael Wolff and it's loaded with gossip about Faux. For example Hannity thinks maybe he'll be fired soon, in which case he'll work on Chump's re-election campaign.

then some Fox News types might just start their own network to compete. They don't even need TV, they'll be able to do it from an offshore website if they want.
