Ocasio-Cortez rips 'Fox & Friends' host for comparing migrant detention facilities to a house party

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) slammed "Fox and Friends" host Brian Kilmeade for comparing conditions at migrant detention facilities to a crowded house party.

Kilmeade suggested Tuesday morning that conditions at migrant detention centers, which Ocasio-Cortez and other congress members toured Monday, were similar to a party with 100 people at a house with 2 1/2 baths.

Her outspoken ways obviously cause some folks discomfort, but the question for me isn't so much why does Rep. Ocasio-Cortez keep bringing these things up as it is why aren't others doing the same? I'm not too concerned that she's often out on a limb by herself, because she has shown that she has the grit to match her principles. I am concerned that many Democrats are afflicted with lockjaw when it comes to supporting her in what they know is right and proper.

This is what is out in plain sight and that is about to change as Gitmo is being prepared as a detention center for immigrant children. Think what being out of sight will bring with such sadistic people in charge.

And this is only one portion of what ICE serves up. You don't have cameras capturing the families being torn apart. And it isn't only the Federal government that is using a heavy hand to break apart families - especially families of color. Yes, we have CPS ripping apart families, leaving parents with few options for getting their children back. Big Brother is on the march with little oversight from the legislative bodies. We are farther down the rabbit hole than most people realize.
