I just now realized that that was Joaquin Castro, not Julian, at the border yesterday

Joaquin needs to grow his beard back.

Chairman Hinojosa claims to be able to tell the two apart. No one else is making that claim

I have met both Castro brothers and they are nice. They grew up near where I grew up

I've met them both, but usually separately and in situations where I knew which one was which. But I was once at an event and ended up talking to Joaquin but didn't know which twin he was - but was too embarrassed to ask, but my friend said really loudly "Which one are YOU?" I was mortified, but he just laughed and was really nice about it - said he got asked that all the time
