A thought on World Cup soccer. Time for equal recognition.
“The” World Cup should henceforth be known an The Men’s World Cup.
Time to give the women their due, and not make it sound like this contest is any less important.
Even as a little kid, I always wondered why The World Series was called that when it did not include teams from all over the planet 🌎.
