which he clearly seems to have since the first day he stepped into WH. (We saw him have to lean on PM Theresa May going upstairs and Michael Wolff and others have reported he avoids stairs as in general).





Given his periodic dramatically dilated pupils and given similar prevalent opinions that he is manifesting not Alzheimer's (which is typically slow progressive), but signs of frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which is not, he may be on medication. If so, and particularly given his mobility/balance (and anxiety) issues, he may well be on several drugs including Levodopa, perhaps Zoloft for anxiety or others. Both can readily result in the kind of pupil dilation we see periodically with Trump...
