Hm. POTUS's daily intel briefing keeps getting pushed later and later

At the start of his Presidency it was at 9 am every day. (There's a Google calendar here.) Starting in early 2018 it gradually crept back, until it was regularly at noon by the summer. Now it's crept back to between 1pm and 3pm.

It's one page, synopsis only, few words, lots of charts & graphs, no complications, nothing allowed to be said that disagrees with anything drumpf has proclaimed (they have to pretend his lies are truth or they are gone). So is it even worthwhile at all and how much is deliberately left out for fear of Herr Fuhrer telling PUtin or whoever the classified details and blowing our operation?
