shallow narcissistic inappropriateness. Besides not belonging in a photo of world leaders, she looks like she is posing for a magazine like Seventeen or Elle. She looks frivolous and ridiculous, like she is trying out to be an Instagram "influencer." And couldn't she at least dress in business clothes rather than as though she is on her way to a garden party with the spoiled, kept wives of rich men?
