Though Maxwell is a key figure in the Epstein case, she has not yet been arrested and has repeatedly denied accusations against her. As the details of Epstein’s alleged crimes become clearer, however, we’re likely to hear her name come up again and again.

6. I wouldn't count on her income being 'modest'

Yes, her father's empire turned out to be bankrupt after his death (the biggest ever in the UK at the time) (he was the nearest British equivalent to Donald Trump, complete with the 2 sons trying to make money in his businesses, and the daughter looking for respectability in the posh set), thanks to his fraud. But these kind of people are very good at hiding away money for the rest of the family to use that can't be touched by a bankruptcy. She's managed to spend time in the New York posh set ever since, and has probably had plenty of money from her association with Epstein.

If she can be noted in Wikipedia as founding charitable projects, her income is probably quite sufficient to get an open-armed welcome from a country that'll take her tax and ignore her pimping.

... we cannot overlook the possibility that Maxwell might be a Russian operative. Or she might have been working to enable Epstein to use kompromat for financial gain (as the Russians would have done.) I hope the feds have their hands on her passport so she can't skip the country.
