Pam Bondi, Sam Olens Call Out Chief Justice John Roberts
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens took the stage on the second night of the Republican convention in Tampa Wednesday to tell the tale of the conservative effort against President Obama's health care law at the Supreme Court. Both were part of a group of attorneys general who sued over the law.
"The president can't bring himself to acknowledge publicly that the only reason his 'Unaffordable Care Act' still stands -- is because it is a tax," Bondi said of the court's decision to uphold the health care law under Congress's taxing power. "This is what happens when a president has such total disregard for our individual liberty that he knowingly and purposely imposes unwarranted restrictions against the will of the people."
Olens also said that Chief Justice John Roberts made the wrong decision in voting with the majority to uphold the law, and that the American people must ultimately vote to repeal "Obamacare."
"Though we fundamentally disagree with his decision, Chief Justice Roberts did observe that it is not the Supreme Court's 'job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices,'" he said.

Romney Touts Romneycare: Im The Guy That Got Health Care For All The Women And Men In My State
By Zack Ford
Just two weeks after a Romney spokesperson faced a barrage of conservative criticism for highlighting the success of the governors Massachusetts health care law, Romney himself bragged that the measure has expanded access to womens health care services, including contraception. During an interview with Fox News on Sunday, Romney said he was very proud of Romneycare which includes an individual mandate for providing coverage to all women and men:
<...>
Indeed, almost all Massachusetts residents have complied with the laws requirement to purchase health care coverage and women in the sate are now receiving a wide array of benefits, including family planning services.
But Romney would significantly reduce access to health care if hes elected president. He has pledged to repeal Obamacare, characterized the laws provision to expand coverage for contraception as an attack against religion, and has suggested that women should vote for the other guy if they expect improved access to birth control.
In the Fox interview, Romney also reiterated his desire to defund Planned Parenthood, arguing that taxpayer dollars should not fund abortion. Abortion constitutes only 3 percent of the organizations services and its covered by private funds.

I give them credit for knowing their audience, though... they sounded like they were talking down to 5 year olds.
