8. Condi, having been National Security Adviser, is surely at the top of the list of those most

negligent and derelict in failing to attempt to thwart a known pending attack. Is Condi or Rummy more derelict and did Junior and Cheney do all they should and could have in view of a known pending attack, or in hindsight, did any of these principals actually do anything at all to thwart these attacks? Notwithstanding, 2001 was a very good year for Junior and the First Lady.
