A guy so dull and boring that he's been afraid to drink a beer? A guy so dull and boring that his only claim to being a southerner is that he likes cheesy grits and says "y'all" a lot? A guy so dull and boring that the only nice thing he could say about his home state is that the trees are the right height? Yeah I'd say that sounds racist.
