Epstein's main function was to collect blackmail material for his mob bosses. Trump may also have been involved with this, but I kind of doubt it. He undoubtedly victimized many women that worked for his own 'modeling agency' and certainly 'socialized with Jeffrey' (raping underage girls). Primary reason Trump can't allow his tax returns to go public is that he's been laundering Russian money through his businesses since the eighties.

Trump never had money to invest...he's always lived off leveraging borrowed money. When banks stopped lending to him, he turned to the Russian mob.
