I think that most Democrats generally believe that everybody should have it (or at least have access to it). The differences are in the details, however.

Near as I can tell, there are several. Although to be quite honest, the vast majority are about health insurance, not health care.

There are several different plans being proposed by the candidates so it would be foolish to pick one now and have it contradict the platform of whomever is running.
