4. She was a sports caster on ESPN. She called Trump a white supremacist - long before it was

" fashionable" to do so - Whitehouse called for her firing. Trump targeted her. ESPN punished her.

Sidenote. I was sad to see a thread locked that was posted about a white sportscaster at ESPN speaking out regarding Trump's attacks re the 4 congresswomen. It was locked with a statement saying celebrity opinions are not relevant or something to that effect. That was not the point. It was the stance of ESPN - The attacks of Trump- The calling for punishment by the Whitehouse, First Amendment rights being trampled of black women - following that of another black woman.

Jemele has gone on to be quite outspoken and not let Trump and the Whitehouse shut her up. Someone on DU mentioned her last week in a thread that instead of having on Kooks like Richard Spencer and Steven Miller, lets have people like Jemele on too.

Bravo to Chris Matthews. I'm sure Trump and Sarah Suckabee thought they were going to kill her career.

3. Matthews is beside himself that Trump hasn't been put in prison yet!

He seems to have thrown niceties aside. He really wants Mueller to rise to the occasion and provide the Democrats with the testimony that will make people understand the extent of Trump's crimes.

5. There sure are enough negatives concerning this.

Republicans through their lying talking points and corporate media echoing it.

I'm pretty sure the hearing will be fine and at least the American people get to see it from the horse's mouth about the report.

Of course the Republicans will make a fool out of themselves that is a given.
