No matter how much they think the child is interested. If they have a problem with being tempted by children, they should get some help and avoid jobs that put them around children, especially as an authority figure. Instead these people seem to put themselves around children and teens as much as possible. Maybe seminaries, schools of education, youth organizations, and food service manager training needs to have a class or required seminar on this. While it might seem bad that this would need to be emphasized, there are too many adults working with children who use their position to rape them while claiming temptation.
