I remember this talked about from a year or so ago. "Slumlord" is a bit much, but "scumbag" fits. And Kushner may not be the biggest RE operator in Baltimore, or have many holdings in the worst parts, but maybe his father-in-law might ask him what he's helping to do about the rats.

Trump hasn't done much about the rats in his home town, either, so maybe they feel a kinship with rodents...
