Politifact gives a “mostly false” rating to Ryan's claim that Obama “funneled” $716 billion from Medicare “at the expense of the elderly.”

"Mostly???" This is puzzling at first, since not a penny was taken from benefits to people on medicare.

But when you think about it they are right.

I don't doubt that lot of people who own stock in insurance and pharmaceutical companies are elderly.
