Trump can diss Baltimore, but the entire state of Mississippi ranks dead last in just about every category— healthcare, income, education, everything. Perpetually ranked 49th or 50th.

The way they treated him after the stop looks very racist to me.

You asked how you can get arrested for speeding. You can. Over 100 mph will get you arrested in many states.
