Not any more!! I mean the McCain( Palin) and Romney days were at least tolerable..But Trump has brought a totally new type environment to our favorite site. Absolute Anxiety and Fear... Everyday I seem to become more and more fearful of Trump's insanity ( now being medically discussed all over the net)..I actually am very concerned about how our planet might not survive another 4 yrs.

4. Was just thinking about this yesterday.

I love this place and it keeps me sane, but even during the Bush administration I had a sense of humor (most of the time). For me, it's just that so much is at stake and this is so damned serious. We're not just talking about changing a president, but we face global warming that is spiraling out of control. Trump has done so much damage in such a short period of time that four more years of that would be apocalyptic.

Having said that, DU posters keep me smiling and feeling that I'm not alone. There is good advice here on coping, too.

7. I put "Trump" on my DU auto-trash-by-keyword list. It works great.

I'll take him off my trash list when he's dead.

I never see or hear the spewing asshole on television because our television only plays DVDs and Netflix.

The asshole is a meat puppet. His words have no more content than the quacking of an angry duck. His only real job is to sign the documents his masters place in front of him. We need to pay attention to those. There's no point in watching the asshole's shit show.
