20 shot and killed and 26 wounded in El Paso today by a racist Trump supporter.(Is there any other kind?) One of the murder victims was a 4 month old boy.

Are your calluses thick enough yet or did you feel at least a twinge? You know, one of those "Oh, my GOD!" moments. I don't know how, but the pain still pierces through mine and erupts back out as outrage. And, my calluses have built up over years, thickened---or so I thought--- by the needless deaths of hundreds (thousands?); by the blood of BABIES!

Las Vegas.
The garlic festival last week and El Paso today.

I know---you know---that list barely scratches the surface.

I think maybe the fact that these weekly massacres still hurt my soul is simply evidence that I still qualify as a human being.
