Is Trump a terrorist?

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations defines terrorism as "the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives" (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85).

Though Trump may not be directly using force and violence, he is, arguably, inciting force and violence.

Another issue with this: Right now, Republicans are trying to tell us antifa is a terrorist organization, even though it's not terrorist and not even an organization.

I can also assure you they aren't having this same debate about whether or not words matter.
