Ali Velshi must be super human.

He was on most of the coverage I watched, last night. Now he's back on the air. Can't be healthy. I know what just watching this coverage is doing to me. No amount of CBD oil can help with this kind of anxiety. So I can't even begin to imagine the toll this round the clock reporting on an ever worsening news day is taking on him.

Besides keeping his energy level and focus up, he is somehow able to keep the details straight from Dayton and El Paso, not to mention Gilroy just a week ago

One that could make MSNBC move him to a much better slot. Good for him. Go, Ali.

The ones I admire and am concerned for are those of our politicians who are currently trading years of their lives to put in the long, long, incredibly stressful hours, weeks, years of work they're enduring now.
