(13,091 posts)I did.
I haven't seen anything mentioned by the media, or this site about his actual testimony.
He refused to use the words White Supremacists for the first half of his testimony.
In his 5 minute opening address he did not mention domestic terrorism as a problem.
He tried to refer to White Supremacists as a political party.
There was no mention of police murdering citizens and not being held accountable.
73% of terrorists attacks are committed by White Supremacists, but it was not in his
opening address and was only brought up by the Democratic politicians questioning.
There was no mention of White Supremacists infiltrating our police, border guards, and military.
I thought I was watching a KKK lawyer defending the Klan.
It was one of the most frightening things I have watched.

I will say that a majority of the domestic terrorism cases that weve investigated are motivated by some version of what you might call white supremacist violence, but it does include other things as well, Wray said

There is no might to it.
Thanks for the link to the article.

(58,785 posts)Just scanned a The Hill article, "Chris Wray's FBI continues to cover for Team Comey's Russia shenanigans," pushing the 180-degree RW twist that Comey was going after Trump, not helping him as documented actions clearly demonstrate, and that he was not going after the Democratic candidate as his known actions also devastatingly show, in 2016.
It describes ex- MI-6 agent Christopher Steele as "and Hillary Clinton-paid political muckraker," and Wray's supposed to be covering up embarrassing FBI collusion with the Democrats. "The FBIs July 10 court filing speaks volumes about Director Christopher Wrays efforts to thwart the public understanding of what really happened in the FBIs now-debunked Russia collusion probe."
As I recall, the FBI refused to act on Steele's disclosures (while he hid from Russian retaliation) until Senator McCaine and the British government forced it. But I don't mind the right going after Comey after he sacrificed his career to elect Republicans, or Wray, in the least.
