I'd rather have a nation of Ilhan Omars and AOCs as opposed to even a few El Paso shooters

However, some have the opposite view.

And that's the problem in this case.

Demonization is worst for what it does to the demonizers, not their wannabe targets, who all know it's garbage.

Aren't Republicans voters doing something genuinely bad that you can point to instead?
