Not even sure how that whole progress works but when they asked for my defense about what I posted, and input about the 'alert', I pulled no punches and still never saw any recriminations.

I strongly suspect I was alerted on by someone I should have known better than to accept a friend request. I've since blocked her from seeing anything I post. When I ran into her, a few months back, she was unusually stand offish so that pretty much nailed it, for me.

I've sent alerts when I was directly threatened, by someone, and FB basically told me that didn't violate their 'community standards' so maybe I should consider blocking that individual.

Apparently it all depends on who reviews the post and/or alert.

16. You need to be more careful when you create titles for your posts

I think you're getting alerted/banned because the titles are too obvious and provocative. However make your titles less provocative, so they have to actually read the post to know whether it's anti-Chump or not. Your friends who follow you will already know of course, but the trolls who go around alerting on people won't bother 99% of the time.
