I'm wondering what kind of replacement Ocasio will make and what her future relationship with the subversives at Justice Democrats will be. The first will come soon and may provide at least some insight into the latter. JD's Corbin Trent is moving to her 2020 campaign.

Chakrabarti's new little kingdom (5 employees) is legally not allowed to coordinate with Ocasio -- the way the McConnell super PAC that Russia donates to can't legally coordinate with him, so that doesn't necessarily indicate anything.

Reportedly, his handing of donations in 2 ways that are often used to dodge FEC scrutiny and regulations, including he himself taking a massive pay cut that put him below a reporting threshhold that requires disclosure of outside income, has caused the feds to investigate him.

Apparently, Corbin won't be staying long in his role as temporary chief of staff.

Didn't realize this needed to be said, but: you can be someone who does not personally harbor ill will towards a race, but through your actions still enable a racist system. And a lot of New Democrats and Blue Dogs did that today.

This is in reference to my comparing Blue Dogs and New Democrats to 1940s Southern Democrats. Southern Democrats enabled a racist system too. I have no idea how personally racist they all were. And we're seeing the same dynamic play out now.

I've known Rep. Davids for a long time, consider her a friend, and encouraged her to run for Congress back in the fall of 2016. I'm glad she did.

Everything I tweeted 2 weeks ago was to call out the terrible border funding bill that 90+ Dems opposed. It gave Trump a blank check to continue caging people in horrendous conditions. Our Democracy is literally falling apart. I'm not interested in substance-less Twitter spats.
