From what I've seen from neurologists willing to speculate from just video, the rate of decline is escalating. But so far I've not seen anyone give a projected time table. Just a consensus that it's highly unlikely he'll be functioning enough to hide the problems by November 2020 and no way in hell he'd make it all the way through a second term.
