First of all, he is obviously making a miraculous recovery from his shoulder "injury," as he was in good enough shape to travel to make the speech and shout over the protesters.

Second, it was the usual empty garbage about libbruls and soshalists, and how proud he is that he blocked the Garland nomination. Either he has nothing new, or his supporters don't want to hear anything new.
