I've been with them for 15 years. In a big fight with them now! They quit sending me bills, then turned me into collection! I filed a complaint with my state attorney general. Waiting for the outcome.

Weren't you alarmed at the first missed bill?
Did you call them then?

I have autopay set up. No problems.

I would pay only every 3 or so months. I didn't notice missed bills because I wasn't receiving them! They have my contact info - I receive their promotional emails (on issues). They just quit emailing me bills and I didn't notice.

They've been complete dicks to deal with on this.

You can't send a customer to collection without billing them. Thus my consumer complaint.

Feels like their management changed. Very incompetent.
