So. Let me tell you a story, about how chickens are grown and sold.

There are about 6 major chicken-processing companies (Tyson is the biggest), and they negotiate in a bloc with chicken farmers to get the farmers to raise their chickens. I say "their" chickens specifically: the chickens in chicken farms are in almost all cases owned by the slaughterhouses. And, again, those slaughterhouses negotiate as a bloc with individual farmers for the pricing.

Some of you may be wondering how that is different from sharecropping. Let me tell you! Sharecropping is illegal, whereas through a cut-out in the Farm Bill this practice is entirely legal. So that's a big difference.

Oh, also, the local chicken feed company? That's owned by Tyson.

Hope the Plaintiffs get all the Documents necessary. The real untold story here is the massive amounts of Chicken both fresh and frozen in Storage in order to keep the Retail Prices up.
