No, I don't think China blinked

The news media are saying that stocks rose today because China blinked. Trump's supporters may want to think so, but I think what happened is that China was sending a message to the US and the rest of the world: There's a new big kid in town, and you might want to learn Mandarin.

but will acquiesce this little bit to end this. Imagine if they decided to ship a 10 million PCs with windows without giving Microsoft a dime. they know they're dealing with idiots but idiots with lots of power.
