I'm just wondering if he ever had to confront anyone who was affected by a mass shooting.

I'm wondering how he would act/react?

From what I have read from ER doctors, the results from the AR type guns is particularly disgusting. These are not hunting rifles - as the flesh of the deer would be destroyed.
