Re suicide watch--why wasn't Epstein on camera?

He could have been easily monitored that way. I've heard that there were
extra checks on him after he was removed from watch, but how often?
Hourly, less or more? A camera would have had full time monitoring.
He probably wanted to be off of suicide watch to get his sheets and
blanket back, but those little cameras are inexpensive.
Who signed off to have him removed from watch? Many questions.

He probably wanted his sheets and blanket back which are removed
under suicide watch.
