Would have to look up details, but two examples come immediately to my mind:

* One Russian, IIRC a whistleblower, just dropped dead while jogging. Heart-attack, even though he was in perfect health.
The coroners later found in his stomach a toxic tibetan plant that is used by chinese agents for assassinations.

* One Russian, tangentially connected to the the whole Trump-Russia-thing, commited suicide by jumping out of a window of a derelict building in London.
According to his family, he was afraid of heights.
According to police, he took a running jump head-first through a 1 foot by 2 foot window.
