New: House Judiciary designated its subpoena lawsuit against Don McGahn as "related" to Dems' petition to unseal Mueller grand jury materials. Judge asked them to explain why. I don't see how the judge can refuse to enforce this subpoena when explained by this reasoning.

But we'll see I suppose ...

This lawsuit was in preparation of gathering evidence to vote on articles of impeachment.
