While it's possible that he did take the "honorable" way out rather than snitch,Trump's blaming the Clintons serves the purposes of a weapon of mass media distraction from his own ties to Epstein and a way to close the 10% gap in his approval ratings.

All I remember were references to world leaders and, I think, celebrities or some such, and “one former prime minister”. Also specified Prince Andrew by name. But nothing that looked like it pointed to either Clinton. It flashed by too fast for me to get a shot of it.
