Trump has always been outside the Billionaire Boys Club. As a New Yorker, I have seen how he was not among the Ultra-Rich here, always a bit of a clown one step from bankruptcy.
But by doing the bidding of every Super rick Asshole who sees any regulation taking money from their pocket, the environment be damned, he ingratiates himself with this elite group.
