...Romney says he has a plan to create 12 million new jobs by 2016. The first step? Energy independency by 2020. I guess he's still got the time travel thing going on.

...Seriously, the 12 million figure is what most economists expect will happen in the next four years if we continue current policies. And 2020 is four years after 2016.

...Romney says women need a president who respects them. Then, a weird segue. "And let me make this clear, I won't raise taxes on middle-class America." And then: "As President, I'll protect the sanctity of life, and I'll defend marriage." Talk about non-sequitors!

...This speech was very clearly not written by a professional.

Hats off to Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, the only two people to deliver speeches that make Clint Eastwood's seem grounded in reality.

1. I liked the part when he talked about his mother running for Senator.

He said she asked why women' ideas where not as good as mens'.
If that is what he believes why does he think it is okay for men to tell women what women can and can not do with their bodies??
