10. Assassins can easily hang a person to make it look like suicide.

Two men could probably do it in a couple of minutes. And if they they drug him they can probably do it in seconds.

There would be bruising as this wasn’t a full body suspension hanging and a person would fight back. Also, since the body releases the bowels at death, the stains on the clothing can verify the position of death. This how strangulations that are made to look like hangings get caught.

Also drugs would be caught during the autopsy screen.
