Hi there! I want to invite you to relocate to Arkansas. I am sure that I speak on behalf of nearly everyone in our fair natural state. Now is the time to build factories here and move your employees from coastal cities from Maine to Florida and from Washington to California. It won't be long before your business is under water --- literally!
Come on in to the central U.S. where there are plenty of folks not doing a heck of a lot at the moment. I am sure that they can be coerced into working in a modern facility with good wages and good working conditions. Why, I sure would take you up on such.
Please bring your current workers too. Don't leave them hanging because when the flooding ruins everything they will really appreciate a good job. They have been faithful to you so you must be faithful to them.
You might say, "There is time enough yet to wait." Maybe not. When times start getting tough around the globe due to climate degradation we might see a flight of nukes headed you way. What with the industrialized cities being good targets and all. Come on to the Red States where the isn't so much to shoot at. Maybe we can work together and confuse those Chinese. They might target Savannah and miss the Microsoft plant in Fayetteville (AR)! That would piss them off.
Anyway. Don't drag your feet. We need your plants, your workers, expansion so we can work too, and be sure and bring your unions. If a few of our Christian folks don't want to welcome you here just read them the New Testament and set them straight. I know they don't want to spend any time in Hell because of their hard hearts, etc. There should be no problems. We have a lot of neat places to live. If you miss the coast just hang around because when the ocean levels get to the Cretaceous limits we should have some pretty nice seaside property here too.
The best of luck in your relocation and THANKS!
