Bonus! Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota just sent my wife

a fat refund check. Apparently, the company didn't meet the 80% benefits payout requirement in ACA for 2018, and had to issue a refund on the entire year of premium payments. I won't say how much the refund was but it was low four figures.

That will pay for my new old Ford Ranger to use for hauling away junk in our general cleanup this fall! Huzzah!

I will be a very fine Noble dressed Patron at the Fest Friends glade or at Mac's Pub listening to the Dregs or Langer's Ball.

Then I am there few times more. The previous entrance from 169 South, you need to drive a little further or take MN 41 at the light where the Holiday station is. We will be driving to the entrance further down on 169 South.

They had to do the same for the 2017 year, too, but not quite as much. It's another thing written into the ACA to prevent unwarranted profits by "non-profit" health insurance companies. Progress, if we can keep it.

I bet MF45 is hoping it will stimulate the economy. Really. I bet he's hoping that health insurance refunds will give the economy, and therefore him, a bump.

Sure, it makes you more likely to vote for the mf'er, right?

Mine was about $400. I send them a little over a thousand a month for premiums. A welcomed surprise, but I'm sure they have suits trying to devise a way to get that money back as we speak. Its what they do! Ha, ha, Six more months and I go on medicare and stop paying the extortion! That'll be like a $600 to $800 raise to my monthly income, depending on how much a supplement policy is. I haven't made it yet, but I can smell it baking in the oven!

The ACA does have lots of good provisions. I got a smaller check but it was still nice to get something. My company also pays cash for doing wellness screenings and activities. It is nice to get money to do my free annual physical each year.

An insurance company sent my 80 something-year-old mother a letter telling her that she couldn’t keep her plan because the Obama administration wouldn’t let them. No they couldn’t keep that plan because it resulted in excess profit above the 20% limit. But The company didn’t tell the customers that.
