She'll be staffing the G-7 summit this weekend and this is a complete, unprepared reversal of US policy for the past 5 years. Now everybody has to scramble and come up with two position papers, one for if he keeps with the "let Russia back in" stance and one if he goes back to the old policy. This is ludicrous, and the civil and foreign services deserve better than to get blindsided by bullshit like this.
