She was trying to be an actress, and she was in some dogs, and she moved on.

And in her defense, she has helped give tens of thousands of MiSTies a lot of viewing pleasure as Mystery Science Theater 3000 riffed, "Death Stalker and the Warriors from Hell." (She played the princess and her twin sister who gets killed early in the film).
