I don't know that a "psychic" evaluation would do any good. Most of the psychic folks in the US and around the world already have a pretty good idea what's wrong with him.

The apparent mental breakdown he's suffering might come as the fact he's overwhelmed by the tasks presidency requires.
Remember, this guy decided to run for FUN at the beginning, and also because his mega ego couldn't stomach an Obama joke at WH Corresponds Diner. This old capricious baby's self esteem took offense.
Remember his face on election night when he came to realize election wasn't a schoolyard game and that he really was called to serve.
